By using NuaWeb services, you agree to these terms of use.
Services
NuaWeb provides website creation, web hosting, and domain name registration services. Our services include creating showcase and e-commerce websites, hosting with SSL certificates, and domain name registration.
Payment
Payments are securely processed via Square. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and applicable taxes are added at checkout. Integration fees are a one-time payment. Hosting fees are charged based on the chosen duration (3, 6, or 12 months).
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our services, contact us within 30 days of your purchase to discuss a refund. Domain and hosting fees already used are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
The content you provide (text, images, logos) remains your property. The code and design created by NuaWeb for your site are transferred to you once payment is completed. NuaWeb reserves the right to use your site as a reference in its portfolio.
Hosting
Hosting includes an SSL certificate, regular backups, and technical support. NuaWeb commits to maintaining 99.9% uptime for hosted sites. In case of termination, you have 30 days to migrate your site.
Limitation of Liability
NuaWeb cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Modifications
NuaWeb reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of our services after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
